    • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

    • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

    • During promotions, launches, or peak periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

We currently ship throughout:

    • South Africa

    • Selected international destinations (subject to courier availability and customs regulations)

3. Delivery Timeframes

South Africa

    • Major Cities: 2–5 business days

    • Regional & Remote Areas: 4–8 business days

International Shipping

    • Estimated delivery: 7–21 business days

    • Delivery times may vary depending on customs clearance and local postal services.

Please note that delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by weather conditions, courier delays, strikes, or customs inspections.

4. Shipping Fees

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

    • Delivery location

    • Package size and weight

    • Courier selected

Free Shipping

6. Incorrect Shipping Information

    • Failed deliveries due to unavailable recipients

    • Additional courier charges for redelivery

If an order is returned to us due to incorrect information, additional shipping charges may apply.

7. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged or appears lost:

    • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

    • Include your order number and photographs of the package/product if damaged

We will work with the courier to investigate and assist where possible.

8. Customs & Import Duties

International customers are responsible for:

    • Customs duties

    • Import taxes

    • Any additional clearance fees required by their country

These charges are not included in product or shipping prices.

9. Delivery Restrictions

For safety and hygiene reasons:

    • We do not deliver to PO Boxes where courier services are unavailable
